Sealcoating your asphalt paved surface on a regular basis will extend the life and make it look like new by protecting it against:
- Moisture and surface water penetration
- Oxidation caused by ultraviolet rays
- Winter's freeze/thaw cycle
- Oil and chemical spills
- Surface raveling and check cracking
Sealcoating can be applied to both new and old asphalt paved surfaces. A newly paved driveway should be sealed within the first few months so you get
the benefits of sealcoating immediately, rather than waiting a few years.
